Our tech products are developed on world class platforms to include CRM on Salesforce and Heroku with all integrations managed through MuleSoft. Our digital delivery is on the Adobe stacks including Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Target and Adobe Campaign with Mobile Apps developed on Ionic hybrid platform. Our contact centres are integrated with voice, chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email, social, web and SMS.
TLC Compliance and Statutory Audits are managed by a Big Four global accounting firm. We follow the highest levels of Information Security with ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and SOC-2 certifications. We are members of CII, FHRAI, TAAI, NASSCOM, Dun & Bradstreet.

Role and Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager - Business Reporting to lead and manage our reporting functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate is a motivated MBA graduate with exceptional organizational skills, people management capabilities, and a strong foundation in database management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive business reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align reporting outputs with business objectives.
- Oversee and ensure the integrity of data collection, storage, and reporting processes to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Lead a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and innovation.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and present findings to senior management.
- Manage databases, ensuring optimal performance, data security, and scalability for future needs.
- Identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend improvements to enhance decision-making.
Desired Profile
- MBA from a reputed institution with a focus on analytics, finance, or operations.
- 1-3 years in business reporting, analytics, or a related field (fresh MBA graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of database management tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven people management skills including managing and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
