Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to consolidate financial data and ensure compliance with US GAAP and other international standards


Daily Transactional Accounting:

  • Perform daily transactional accounting in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely data entry.


Business Analytics and Insights:

  • Design and implement data-driven tools to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.


Systems and Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement improvements in reporting systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and enhance analytics tools and platforms.


Collaboration and Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the Delhi office and US-based teams, ensuring seamless communication and goal alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders.


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business and Reporting Analyst at ''. The role is located in Delhi, India. As a Business and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering data, and generating reports to support decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide valuable insights through data analysis.


Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business analytics, accounting, or a related field.

Certifications: CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in accounting, financial analysis, business analytics, or reporting, preferably in a global or listed company.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with accounting and reporting tools such as online QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS standards.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is necessary to interact with global teams effectively.
