
Certinia/Salesforce Developer/Consultant

Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Certinia Salesforce Developer to manage and optimize our PSA implementation of Certinia and Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Certinias capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement and maintain efficient PSA solutions and support the business after Go live. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Implementation & Configuration :
- Customize and configure Certinia and Salesforce to align with clients' PSA processes.
PSA Operations :
- Manage and oversee the daily billing operations for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Service Estimator, Resource Management, Project Management
Integration :
- Integration between Certinia and Salesforce CPQ
- Integration between Certinia and Salesforce Billing
- Integration between Certinia and NetSuite (outbound message for SnapLogic)
Data Migration :
- Perform data migration from legacy PSA tool and Smartsheet to Certinia and Salesforce
- Ensure data integrity and consistency
Reporting & Analysis :
- Generate and analyze billing reports to provide insights and recommendations.
- Track and report on key billing metrics and KPIs.
Support & Training :
- Provide training and support to end-users on Certinia and Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues in a timely manner.
Compliance & Security :
- Ensure PSA processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain data security and privacy in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications :
- 3 to 5 years of Proven experience with Certinia and Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Salesforce Billing)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Billing Specialist, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) preferred.
- Strong understanding of PSA process
- Experience with data integration and migration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a consulting role is preferred.
- Become the thought leader of the Revenue Cloud practice
- Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domain
