Role description:

As an Analyst in the Corporate planning and strategy division at Brick2Wall, you will be responsible for conducting business research and preparing client/ investor ready decks while working on strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to the company's growth and market expansion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.

2.      Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities in B2B marketplace.

3.      Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business performance.

4.      Develop business cases and feasibility studies to assess the financial viability and strategic fit of proposed projects.

5.      Conduct thorough due diligence on potential project targets, including financial analysis, operational assessment, and risk evaluation.

6.      Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business performance.

7.      Conduct detailed analysis of customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

8.      Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations & marketing, to identify business needs and prioritize initiatives.

9.      Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

10.  Provide recommendations for process improvements, workflow optimization, and cost reduction.

11.  Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce or Engineering.

2.      1-3 years of experience in strategy roles at MBB will be strongly preferred.

3.      Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

4.      Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

5.      Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

6.      Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

7.      Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

8.      Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

9.      Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
