About the Role :

Were seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex lending projects from initiation to go-live. This role requires a strong grasp of lending domain processes, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for timely, high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage multiple client implementations, align business and technical teams, and ensure projects meet regulatory, operational, and customer expectations.

What Youll Do :

- Plan, execute, and deliver lending-related projects (LMS implementations, integrations, and custom solutions) within defined timelines and budgets.

- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, compliance, and integrations teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Track progress against milestones, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues.

- Coordinate with external partners (NBFCs, TSPs, Banks, LSPs) for requirement gathering, testing, and go-live readiness.

- Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and communication with stakeholders.

- Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory compliance and operational best practices.

- Facilitate UAT and client training sessions before deployment.

Requirements :

- Mandatory : Proven experience as a Project Manager in the lending domain (NBFC, Bank, LSP, or TSP).

- Solid understanding of loan lifecycle processesfrom onboarding and disbursement to collections, NPA management, and restructuring.

- Demonstrated success delivering SaaS or fintech implementation projects end-to-end.

- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).
