About The Role:

As a Product Development Team Lead , you will play a pivotal role in product engineering, research, development and enhancement in existing software systems, with a focus on security and network-related products. You will leverage your expertise in building scalable solutions and your extensive experience with technologies such as Redis, Elasticsearch, Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Flask and Vue.js to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and improvement of our cybersecurity solutions.

What You'll DO:

  • Own the design and development of high-performance, scalable, and secure software solutions.
  • Architect and implement distributed systems tailored for security and network-related products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and design solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization, performance tuning, and scalability enhancements.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in related technologies, contributing to technical discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and scalability standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Team Management and assisting team to resolve technical issues.


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a software engineer specializing in Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Flask development for at least 3-4 year
  • Extensive experience building security and network-related products is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, code reusability and object-oriented design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other relevant technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end languages and libraries (e.g., Vue.js, HTML/ CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, tailwind).
  • Hands-on experience with background task processing and related technologies,
  • Familiarity with Linux operating system (Ubuntu/Debian).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Flask or Golang.
  • Proficiency in designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with Git, Docker and Ansible.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.


Added advantage: Prior experience working with Security Product, Machine learning, Web Scraping.
