Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to handle international sales operations across B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in international business development, client servicing, and sales execution, particularly with customers in the US, UK, and Australian markets.

The position involves managing inbound and outbound customer calls, promoting and selling products and services, handling objections effectively, and working towards achieving sales targets. Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts to align with international business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
    • Generate leads, build client pipelines, and convert prospects into successful business opportunities.
    • Manage B2B and B2C sales activities, ensuring a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention.
    • Promote and sell company products and services in international markets, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Client Interaction & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
    • Manage customer objections, resolve queries promptly, and provide tailored solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Target Achievement
    • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Work with the sales leadership team to identify and implement strategies for revenue growth.
    • Contribute to the overall team’s success by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, call logs, and sales data.
    • Prepare and deliver structured sales presentations to international clients when required.
    • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and support teams for seamless client servicing.
Required Skills & Eligibility
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in international sales (B2B/B2C) OR related functions such as International Voice Sales, Collections, or Retentions.
    • Freshers with excellent English fluency and strong sales acumen are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent spoken English with neutral or international accent.
    • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle objections effectively.
    • Basic technical knowledge to understand and explain product features.
    • Willingness to work in night shifts to cater to global clients.
