About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production environment management.

You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our SaaS applications and infrastructure.

This role demands a strong blend of development, operations, and automation skills to enhance system stability and accelerate deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain production environments to guarantee high availability, stability, and uptime.

- Implement and manage staging and production environments on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing, deployment, and rollback capabilities into CI/CD workflows.

- Continuously monitor system and application performance using industry-leading tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk.

- Analyze metrics, logs, and alerts to proactively identify potential issues and mitigate risks before impacting users.

- Respond swiftly to incidents, troubleshoot Level 1 issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with development and platform teams to improve application reliability, scalability, and performance.

- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

- Develop automation scripts and use configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to maintain infrastructure consistency and speed up provisioning.

- Promote best practices in security, reliability, and automation within the engineering and operations teams.

Required Experience & Skills :

- Proven experience with SaaS products and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering, QA automation, and security best practices.

- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

- Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Docker and Kubernetes.

- Proficient in using monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Datadog, and Splunk.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, scalable distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.

- Familiarity with cloud monitoring/alerting platforms to ensure robust system observability.

- Experience with automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform).

- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.

- Preferred experience working in B2B SaaS environments
