As a Social Media Manager you are expected to:

  • Grow and manage online communities (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Lens, Farcaster, etc.)
  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with brand and Web3 trends.
  • Plan, schedule, and post engaging content: updates, memes, education, threads, AMAs, etc.
  • Moderate community platforms, respond to queries, and manage community health.
  • Organize community events, contests, or partnerships to boost engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and dev teams to ensure alignment on announcements and roadmap communication.
  • Track and report on KPIs like engagement, follower growth, sentiment, etc.

Experience & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in community management or social media, ideally in Web3, crypto, or tech
  • Deep understanding of DePIN, blockchain, and decentralized ecosystems
  • Experience managing Discord, Telegram, and Twitter/X communities
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills (threads, posts, memes)
  • Comfortable with analytics tools (Twitter Analytics, Notion, Dune, or custom dashboards)
  • Event coordination experience (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, virtual meetups) is a plus

  • Self-starter with the ability to work async with globally distributed teams
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Passionate about decentralization, open-source, and the future of infrastructure
  • Note: This is a full time, work from Office role.
