About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building an online presence, creating engaging content, and understanding what makes people click, share, and follow.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
-Create, edit, and publish engaging content, with a strong focus on short-form videos and reels.
-Use AI tools for content creation, idea generation, and analytics to optimize performance.
-Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
-Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
-Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Requirements
-Proven ability to manage and grow social media accounts.
-Proficiency in using AI-powered tools for content creation, analytics, and automation.
-Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content strategies.
-Excellent speaking, writing, and visual communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
