If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages client relationships effectively, and understands the nuances of end-to-end recruitment, we want to connect with youKey Responsibilities- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and vendor partners - Understand client hiring needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly - Hands on in full recruiting life cycle (Sourcing → Screening → Submissions → Interview Coordination → Onboarding) - Able to work Individually and Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely and quality submissions - Experience in bringing New Clients/Implementations to the company - Track performance, report metrics, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction - Handle escalations and drive continuous improvement in deliveryRequired Skills & Experience- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the US IT Recruiting Life Cycle - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in client management or account handling - Ability to add New Clients/Implementation Partners - Knowledge of IT skills, job portals, VMS, and vendor management - Results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
