Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)Location: Bangalore, IndiaType: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)Experience: 7+ years in technical recruitmentRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles. This is a contract position for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Specialize in hiring for software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, security, and product roles .Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.Utilize multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, niche tech communities .Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure compliance with company policies.Drive candidate experience excellence throughout the process.Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).Requirements7+ years of experience in technical recruitment (IT services, product companies, or consulting).Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI).Proven ability to hire senior and niche roles .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics .Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment .Contract DetailsDuration: 6 months (extendable).Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite).Working Days: Monday–Friday.
