Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram.

You will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and communication strategy of the company, across all the channels (Web, Social Media, Conventional Media, PR, Partners etc,)

You will work on brand development, art direction, graphic design, ads copy, design language, content plan, copywriting and creative strategy.

You will collaborate heavily with the marketing and design team to ensure the consistent upliftment of the brand across various channels.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience of creative direction and creative strategy in Fashion / Lifestyle / Beauty / D2C industry
  • Experience in branding and art direction
  • Experience in creative content that generates organic reach and engagement
  • Proficiency in critically evaluating graphic design and other forms of communication
  • Experience with ads copy, copywriting and marketing copies that evoke emption and action
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business objectives into creative concepts
  • Experience of working in omni-channel environment will be a plus
