About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CRM Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to design, develop, and optimize CRM solutions that drive business efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), workflows, CRM automation, and integrations, ensuring seamless customer and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom CRM solutions using Salesforce/MS Dynamics.
- Build and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), workflows, and process builders.
- Automate business processes within CRM, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.
- Integrate CRM with third-party applications and internal business systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
- Ensure CRM configurations comply with best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain quality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve sales productivity and customer engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce/MS Dynamics releases, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 48 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Workflows) or MS Dynamics CRM.
- Strong knowledge of CRM automation, custom objects, workflows, and data modeling.
- Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Proficiency in CRM configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Familiarity with CRM security, roles, and permission models.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred).
