Based in Singapore, Saison International’s global operations span over Singapore, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, Brazil, with active investments in debt, equity, corporate venture capital, and technology.Manager/ Sr. Manager – Wholesale Business (Corporate Lending)Key ResponsibilitiesThe right candidate - Will analyse financial statements of the prospective businesses, including but not limited to Balance Sheet; Profit & Loss Statement; Cash Flow Statement, etc. - Will conduct in-depth credit & risk assessment and qualify leads for further evaluation - Will conduct detailed Due Diligence, field visits & credit monitoring etc - Will build robust financial models & projections that will generate detailed analysis, actionable insights & outputs for decision making. - Will prepare investment proposals as well as internal & external presentations. - Will generate business in mid-corporate segment by new account acquisition, relationship management & business development activities.Qualifications & Experience- CA/CFA/ MBA/any other postgraduate degree related to finance or related areas from a Top tier B school is a must - 3-7 yrs of work experience as equity research analyst / financial analyst / investment analyst or similar role - Exposure to & deep understanding of business models across wide variety of industry sectors with respect to wholesale lending - Hands on with CAM preparation with detailed understanding of credit underwriting & risk assessment - Must be ready to travel and work from office in Bangalore - Very well-versed & expertise in MS office applications like Excel, Power point etc. - Great communication & Presentation skills, Inter-personal abilities, collaborative skills, ability to negotiate & close.
