Job Role:

- We are seeking a talented and experienced campaign manager with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, along with proven expertise in driving successful campaigns for start-ups or similar fast-paced environments.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.

- Create, optimise, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including search, display, video, and remarketing.

- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative development to maximise campaign performance and ROI.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and targeting parameters to optimise campaign performance and drive conversion rates.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.

- Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to ensure optimal ROI.

- Regularly report on campaign performance, KPIs, and key insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

- Proactively identify new opportunities for campaign expansion, audience targeting, and revenue growth.

What we are looking for :


- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results.

- Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword targeting, bid management, and performance optimization.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEM, PPC, SEO, and analytics.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
