Business Development: Drive mutual fund (MF) business by actively engaging with and supporting branch relationship managers.- Portfolio Management: Conduct regular portfolio reviews for clients to ensure investment strategies are aligned with their financial goals.- Sales & AUM Growth: Facilitate the growth of MF Asset Under Management (AUM) through effective sales strategies and a deep understanding of market dynamics.- Training & Development: Provide training and continuous development to branch banking relationship managers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to succeed.- Support System: Ensure the availability of a robust support system, including joint calls, new product information, and ongoing training, to help the team achieve their targets.- Market Intelligence: Maintain a keen eye for market intelligence and competitor activities to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities.- Compliance & Regulation: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of investment processes and all relevant regulatory guidelines.Required Skills & PG/Master's degree in a relevant field.- Proven experience in Private Wealth, Wealth Management, or as an Investment Advisor/Counsellor.- Strong background in Mutual Fund sales.- Exceptional communication skills with an assertive attitude.- Good analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.- A strong ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion.- Highly organized and a natural networker (ref:iimjobs.com)
