Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and possess the expertise to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of healthcare :

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud.

2. Design and implement customized Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to streamline patient management, care coordination, and healthcare provider workflows.

3. Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities including patient records, care plans, health assessments, and communication channels.

4. Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with other healthcare systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.

5. Develop and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud workflows, process automation, and reports/dashboards to support operational efficiency and decision-making.

6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and end-users on Salesforce Health Cloud best practices, features, and capabilities.

7. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Health Cloud enhancements, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to continuously enhance the platform's effectiveness.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and enhancements.

9. Participate in the testing, quality assurance, and deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Salesforce Health Cloud environments.

Requirements :

1. Overall 6+ years of technology experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant) preferred.

2. Proven experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration with healthcare systems.

3. In-depth understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and best practices related to patient data management and privacy.

4. Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce platform technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) and declarative development tools.

5. Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions with a focus on healthcare use cases such as patient engagement, care coordination, and population health management.

6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

9. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.

10. Passion for healthcare innovation and leveraging technology to drive positive patient outcomes.

Location : Remote (Need occasional visit to Mumbai or Hyderabad office)
