Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership & Strategy: Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog; manage and prioritize features using Agile methodologies.
- Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, PRD/BRD/FRD).
- Solution Design: Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable solutions aligned with healthcare workflows, compliance (HIPAA/PHI), and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
- AI/GenAI Integration: Identify and integrate AI/GenAI features into products, ensuring clear use cases, ethical guardrails, and measurable ROI.
- Collaboration & UX: Partner with UI/UX teams to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for stakeholder review.
- Testing & Release Readiness: Work with QA teams to define test cases, support UAT, and ensure quality releases.
- Market & Customer Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine the roadmap and drive 4 - 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with end-to-end product lifecycle exposure.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile practices.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred) and/or healthcare domain knowledge.
- AI literacy or working experience with GenAI/AI features in product development.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Health Cloud).
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability (FHIR, HL7, CDA).
- Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools.
