We recognize the transformational impact of technology in healthcare and therefore consistently innovate to develop solutions that improve clinical outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive breakthroughs in patient care.Role Overview:The Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) Finance Lead for the Medical Devices division is responsible for managing the complete billing, collections, and accounts receivable process across hospitals, distributors, and healthcare providers. The role ensures accurate invoicing, timely cash collection, and compliance with healthcare regulations, pricing contracts, and customer agreements. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to maintain financial accuracy and customer satisfaction in a highly regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:1. End-to-End I2C Process Management- Oversee the full I2C cycle, including order validation, billing, credit management, collections, and cash application. - Ensure all invoices are issued accurately and in compliance with medical device contracts, pricing agreements, and tender terms. - Maintain accurate AR records aligned with internal audit standards. - Drive resolution of billing disputes related to pricing, delivery, or returns in coordination with commercial and logistics teams.2. Credit Control & Collections- Monitor customer credit exposure, conduct regular credit risk assessments, and maintain appropriate credit limits. - Lead proactive collections efforts with hospitals, clinics, and distributors to ensure timely payment and reduce DSO. - Establish structured follow-up mechanisms for overdue accounts, including escalation protocols.3. Team Leadership & Performance Management- Lead and mentor the I2C team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and customer focus. - Set measurable goals for billing accuracy, collection efficiency, and team performance. - Support staff development through training on ERP systems, compliance requirements, and process best practices.4. Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and billing. - Serve as the finance point of contact for key accounts and government institutions for invoicing and payment matters. - Collaborate with Compliance and Regulatory teams to ensure adherence to healthcare financial documentation standards.5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement- Provide regular AR aging reports, collection forecasts, and DSO analysis to management. - Support month-end closing by reconciling AR sub-ledgers, validating revenue, and ensuring proper accruals. - Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging automation tools (e.g., RPA, e-invoicing) to enhance efficiency and control. - Lead or support ERP optimization projects for I2C processes.Education Qualification required:- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferredExperience required:- 5-7 years of experience preferably with prior experience in Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash role. - Experience in the Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry. - Strong understanding of contract billing, tender management, consignment models and exports processes. - Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
