About the Role:

As an SCM Intern at Statiq, you will be immersed in the day-to-day activities that

keep our supply chain running smoothly. You will assist in order tracking, inventory

management, and data analysis, while supporting communication with suppliers to

ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role offers a unique opportunity to work

closely with experienced professionals and contribute to key operational tasks that

directly impact the efficiency and growth of our company.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the processing of purchase orders and monitor shipments to ensure
  • timely delivery.
  • Help maintain inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and identify any
  • stock discrepancies.
  • Compile and analyze data on logistics, inventory levels, and supplier
  • performance to uncover trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, manage delivery
  • schedules, and resolve any shipment-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as invoices, receipts, and delivery
  • reports, ensuring all records are accurate.
  • Support the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain
  • performance reports to track efficiency.
  • Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain
  • Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-6 months of relevant experience (internships or academic projects).
  • Proficient in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting, and using advanced
  • functions).
  • Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and
  • suppliers.
  • Strong collaboration abilities to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts and practices is a plus.
