Role Overview:The Advisor Engagement Manager - Operations will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with advisors, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and providing necessary operational and business support.This role serves as a bridge between the company, Advisors, and Area Sales Managers (ASM), driving engagement, business growth, and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Advisor Support & Relationship Management- Connect regularly with advisors to understand and resolve any issues or challenges.- Act as the primary point of contact for advisor-related escalations and support requirements.- Assist advisors with operational, technical, or process-related queries promptly and effectively.Business Development & Engagement:- Reach out to advisors to obtain business and encourage consistent engagement.- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.- Motivate advisors to achieve business goals and improve productivity.Monitoring & Reporting:- Track ASM (Area Sales Manager) activities and ensure timely updates in LSQ (Lead Status Queue).- Audit the calls and reports updated by ASMs to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Contact advisors to collect feedback and validate interactions recorded by ASMs.Skills & Competencies Required:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong coordination and relationship management abilities.- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.- Good understanding of sales processes and advisor networks.- Proficiency in CRM tools and LSQ systems.- Strong problem-solving and escalation handling skills.Qualifications & Experience:- Master's degree in relevant field.- 2+ years of experience in Advisor Relations and Operations.- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Channel Management preferred (ref:iimjobs.com)
