As a Dietician, you’ll oversee the nutritional well being of our members. As such, you’ll be driving any interventions we make for managing the health of our members.

**What you will do**
- Conduct nutrition assessments, identify members at risk and create diet plans
- Responsible for the health and well-being of our members by helping create safe and sustainable eating habits
- Analyse the effectiveness of interventions and use metrics to implement data-driven improvements
- Initiate and establish a healthy conversation and dialogue with members to learn about their health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of members, considering their medical conditions, record the progression through program stages, and recommend/ implement protocol or program changes as required
- Actively keep up with the latest nutritional research, integrating new findings into diet plans and nutritional services
- Manage and moderate group coaching on video calls, audio call, chat groups by motivating members towards fitness
- Collaborate with team of Doctors/ Physicians, Physiotherapists, Psychologists - Clinical team and other peer Dieticians in order to tailor dietary services and improve member outcomes and build robust content for Even

**What are we looking for**
- At least 5-10 years of experience in managing patients with diabetes and lifestyle disorders like bad cholesterol, BP, Thyroid, PCOS, CKD
- 5-10 years of experience in diet consultation and counselling experience within the healthcare industry
- Relevant degree in Nutrition Sciences and Certified Diabetes Educator recognised by Indian Government body
- General knowledge of Human Anatomy and Physiology
