**About the Role**:
GetSupp is looking for Sales dieticians in the Nutrition team. The dietician/ Nutritionist will be working with users with various health concerns such as hair, skin, weight, hormonal, gastric and more to help them see visible improvements in their respective symptoms, and will be responsible for over all user happiness, effectiveness and retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand GetSupp's system and work with users for their post purchase supplement journey
- Work with users to understand their health goal and guide them to the same with the right nutritional products, lifestyle and diet changes
- Work on 100% adherence, usage & compliance of the nutritional product by the users. Engage users
- Creating engagement plans for over all health & wellness of a user
- Answer user queries about health, products & more on various channels under a defined SLA
- Maximising user repurchases and a high repeat buy rate for GetSupp.
- Work with the users to get more user referrals for GetSupp

**Preferred Experience**
- 0-3 years work experience as a nutritionist / dietitian with exposure to chronic conditions (ideally have at least 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting)
- Graduate / post-graduate in Nutrition or other relevant clinical field
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Articulate and persuasive communication skills. Should be well versed with Microsoft office/ Google productivity suite.
- Prior experience with health coaching is a bonus or in a pharma/hospital/healthcare management setting is a bonus
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage startup atmosphere, willing to be flexible and undertake different types of work
- Empathetic, warm and enthusiastic attitude; self-driven and willing to take initiative

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,207.34 per month
