JOB PURPOSE

The main purpose of this job is to administer the company Quality Program in accordance with company requirements, to establish, evaluate and develop procedures for maintaining high quality, safety and reliability. It also includes implementation and maintenance of the company quality system and reviewing the same from time to time.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.

Accreditation:

- Support hospitals in gap analysis.

- Participate in pre accreditation & pre-assessment reviews.

- Help hospitals in preparing presentations and documentations for the Developing SOPs, Manuals and documents for the central quality team.

- Keeping the track of all SOP's and Record of all updation.

- Ensuring the document control of all SOP, Manual, Forms & Formats at the corporate level.

- To ensure yearly review & updation of all SOP, Manuals, Policies & procedure as applicable.

- Keep record of the forms & formats and ensure correct numbering of the same.

- Identification of new documentation requirement and completion of the same in coordination with the department within 15 days from the time of request Support the unit for NABH external audits and closures for the same.

- Preparation of audit calendar for cross-audits and corporate audits

- Keep records of all audits of all the units, repeat observations for all the units to be identified and compiled report to be submitted.

Quality Indicators:

- Collation and review of the indicator data for all the units.

- Support the digitization of the indicator Capturing

Quality Improvement Projects:

- Identification and active participation in centrally driven QIP's.

- Help in preparing the project charters and dashboard of all units.

- Monitoring the progress and setting up review meetings with the hospital team.

- Maintain consolidated list of QIP's and completed project files.

- Assist in preparing QIP Compilation of data of the survey ,

- Preparing graphical representation of the survey data

- Preparation of MHEPL presentation of survey data.

Incident reporting:

- Preparation of trend analysis of the incident report under supervision.

Training:

- To provide support in all the trainings that are conducted by the central quality team. Preparation of the monthly quality update slide after collating data from all units.

- Preparation of half yearly & annual report of quality department.

- Support preparation of presentations for the awards and recognitions

Other Responsibilities:

- Other responsibilities assigned by reporting head.

KEY SUCCESS FACTOR

- Implementation of quality standards across the unit.

- Conduct of quality improvement projects.

- Preparation of survey presentations

- Trend analysis of incident reporting.

- Strong Stake Holder Management

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

Qualification and Experience:

Qualification: Post Graduate degree preferably MBA/MHA with

Experience: 10+ years' experience in quality function.

In case of exceptional candidates the experience criteria may be modified.

Skills and Knowledge- Must have;

- Technical knowledge of NABH standards. Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards is preferable.

- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective operations for the protection of Organizations
