What You’ll Do: ✨ Lead development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with embedded AI/ML capabilities. ✨ Design and build intelligent workflows using Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Task Intelligence. ✨ Integrate ServiceNow with external AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI. ✨ Mentor developers and drive automation, innovation, and quality delivery. What We’re Looking For: 6-10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow development. Proven experience in AI/GenAI workflows within ServiceNow. Strong scripting, integration, and platform expertise. ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS certifications preferred.
