You will lead software design, conduct peer reviews, mentor developers, and contribute to AI integration. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of scalable applications and ServiceNow solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and architectural decisions. - Mentor development teams, fostering best practices in clean code, design patterns, and secure coding. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Drive DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, deployment pipelines). - Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. - Ensure performance, security, and compliance standards. - Stay updated with emerging technologies. - Experience with Seismic is a must.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role. - Proven experience with ServiceNow development (Workflows, Catalogs, IntegrationHub, CMDB, etc.) and ServiceNow App Engine. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and ServiceNow scripting APIs. - Solid understanding of DevOps principles (Docker, CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code). - Experience in software design, architecture, and leading development teams. - Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.). - Expertise in architectural models (domain-driven design, microservices, event-driven, micro-frontend). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, etc.). - Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
