About the RoleWe are seeking an experiencedLead – Software Developmentwith 8–10 years of proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, define technical direction, and ensure best practices while staying hands-on in both front-end and back-end development. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of front-end and back-end developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices for scalable, maintainable, and secure applications. Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions. Drive sprint planning, code reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality delivery.Front-End Development Architect and oversee the development of responsive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces usingHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure UI consistency, usability, and cross-browser/device optimization. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate designs into pixel-perfect, user-friendly applications.Back-End Development Design and maintainAPIs, server-side logic, and microservicesusingNode.js, Express.js, PHP, Python (Django/Flask), or similar technologies. Optimize data flow and storage using relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Ensure systemsecurity, scalability, and performance optimizationthrough well-architected solutions. Engineering Excellence Overseecode reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline managementto maintain code quality and streamline releases. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools to accelerate development. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. Collaborate with DevOps teams forcontainerization, cloud deployment, and automation (Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines).Key Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degreein Computer Science, IT, or related field. 8–10 years of experiencein full-stack web development with at least2–3 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.Strong expertise infront-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue)andback-end (Node.js, Express, PHP, Python, Django/Flask)development. Proven experience withRESTful APIs, microservices architecture, Git/version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Solid understanding ofapplication security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture. Familiarity withDevOps, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CDis highly desirable. Exceptionalproblem-solving, communication, and stakeholder managementskills. Strong ability tomentor, coach, and grow a high-performing development team.
