3D Secure - Project Support Analyst

3D Secure (Mastercard ID Check/Verified by Visa) is being implemented by almost all card
programmes under Mastercard, Visa and regulatory mandates. 3D Secure plays a critical role in
mitigating fraud from e-commerce (web and app based) card transactions.
This role plays a key role in supporting clients in implementing 3D Secure and in upgrading versions
and the service available to cardholders in a successful and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering – liaising with clients to compile all requirements in a timely manner
ahead of project start
- Statement of Work tracking and monitoring for completion
- Documenting and updating all projects records and tracker
- Following up with 3D Secure provider on change request delivery
- Client Product Activation in platform
- 3DS Connectivity set up for clients - raise requests in a timely manner and follow up to
completion
- Encryption Key installation - raise requests in a timely manner and follow up to completion.
- 3DS Staging & Production environment set up for clients
- Supporting clients with fraud mitigation rule creation & testing
- Supporting with all 3DS project activities including (but not limited to) troubleshooting
testing issues, creating user access for clients, following up with clients on project activities
as required
- Support for client queries and escalations relating to 3D Secure
- Troubleshooting 3DS related issues
- This role will work with clients in different regions (e.g. Europe, Asia-Pacific) so will require a
degree of shift working. A comprehensive induction will be provided and ongoing
training/support.
- So, the implementations Team in GPS are the ones who onboard a new client into GPS
system, take care of any new client requirements (example if a bank wants to launch cards
in a new country) or migrations such as the Caxton migration that took place last month.
- They deal with this process as projects, so ideally all implementations’ managers are good
in project management and fintech industry knowledge.
- The implementation analysts we are looking to recruit here are going to be working like
assistants for these Imps managers (for now) - They will, support in maintaining
documents, configuring requirements, do all back-office work for these projects under
the guidance of imp's managers.

documentation, requirement understanding, project management etc.
