Qualifications: -

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Client-focused with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
