Customer Service Executive Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers to update the customer database, gather feedback on our services, and work closely with internal teams to ensure the database remains current and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to update their information in the customer database.
Feedback Collection: Solicit and document customer feedback regarding our services, ensuring that all feedback is accurately recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with the latest information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to ensure that customer information is up-to-date and any issues are promptly addressed.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on customer feedback and database updates, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications:
Education: Any graduate.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially in English and Hindi Language
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
