Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments.
  • Experience in brand management within a startup or growth-stage company.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and tools, particularly in digital and social media.



Job Summary:


We, at SwanSat, are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Brand Strategy Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to build a strong brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth through targeted marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement a cohesive brand strategy that reflects the company’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and brand positioning.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels (visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging).
  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional channels.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Lead the development of marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, blogs, press releases, and video scripts.
  • Manage external agencies and creative resources to develop high-quality assets.
  • Oversee content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Consumer Insights & Market Research:
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights into customer behavior, preferences, and market trends.
  • Analyze customer data to guide marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Brand Growth & Awareness:
  • Design campaigns to increase brand visibility and awareness in target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to promote the brand.
  • Plan and execute brand activations, events, and sponsorships that enhance brand visibility.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics:
  • Develop and optimize digital marketing strategies for paid and organic channels.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, display advertising, and other digital channels to drive website traffic and lead generation.
  • Monitor analytics to track engagement, conversions, and customer acquisition, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Key Skills:


  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing, social media platforms).
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring performance.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Proficient in content creation and experience working with external vendors/agencies.
