Business Development Executive/Sales Executive (1-3 years of Experience)

PrimeCrown is hiring a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive, to our IaaS and software outsourcing sales team. This position is ideal for an outcome-driven individual with a keen interest in Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Resource Augmentation/Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business prospects through proactive outreach and networking.
• Generate leads, evaluate potential clients, and nurture a robust pipeline for potential projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Project Acquisition:
• Develop strategies to secure new projects, focusing on our key industries and target markets.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the customer base and revenue.
• Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve goals.
Revenue Growth:
• Implement effective sales tactics to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Utilize insights to guide strategic decision-making and propel business development initiatives.
Customer Support and Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist customers with their needs and provide technical/support.
Social Media and Inbound Sales:
• Create and manage social media content to attract and engage potential clients.
• Leverage social media platforms to generate inbound sales leads.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of experience in business development, preferably selling software services or Infrastructure as a Service.
• Experience managing overseas client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of the software development industry, outsourcing, web hosting and/or IaaS.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
