Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing financial products is required.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and promoting financial products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulations.
  • Analytical mindset to assess market trends and performance metrics.
  • Result-oriented and able to drive teams toward ambitious targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
