Job Overview
Art Technology & Software India Pvt Ltd is looking for a competent and proactive HR Executive to manage and execute various HR tasks within our IT software company. This role requires expertise in handling payroll processes, statutory compliances like PF, ESI, and Labour Welfare Fund, as well as managing the full cycle of employee onboarding and offboarding. The HR Executive will play a key role in enhancing our workplace environment through active coordination of company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Handle all aspects of payroll preparation, processing, and distribution using GreytHR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Statutory Compliance: Manage compliances related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Labour Welfare Fund. Stay updated with the latest regulations and ensure the company adheres to all legal requirements.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the company culture. Manage the offboarding process for exiting employees, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
- Documentation and Communication: Responsible for drafting and sending offer letters and managing other critical documents and communications.
- Event Coordination and Employee Engagement: Organize and coordinate internal events, including team outings, holiday parties, and workshops. Lead employee engagement programs to boost morale and promote a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, specifically in payroll and compliance.
- Proficient in using HRIS software, especially GreytHR.
- Thorough knowledge of statutory laws, including PF, ESI, and Labour Welfare Fund.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.

- Experience in the IT or software industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of planning and leading employee engagement activities.
