As a People-First HR Manager with a focus on fostering growth and innovation, your mission is to champion our employees' well-being, development, and creativity. You'll serve as a strategic partner to our business leaders, ensuring that our HR strategies prioritize people, drive growth, and inspire innovation on a global scale. 


 

Key Tasks: 

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered, knowing that their well-being, growth, and creativity are central to our organization's success. 
  • Lead and contribute to global HR projects and initiatives that prioritize employee well-being, development, and creativity, such as HR system implementations, policy development, and innovation programs. 
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development.  
  • Design and implement leadership development programs that empower our leaders. 
  • Develop Talent Managers through structured training programs and provide opportunities for hands-on experience and leadership roles. 
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to identify high-potential talent and establish succession plans that prioritize the growth and development of our employees. 
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee surveys with a focus on understanding and addressing the needs and aspirations of our people, ensuring their voices are heard.  
  • Offer coaching and support to managers on fostering growth and innovation within their teams, promoting a culture that values creativity, experimentation, and learning. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly. 
  • Conduct periodic audits and reviews to ensure that our HR practices are not only consistent and compliant but also reflective of our people-first values. 
  • Utilize data analytics to anticipate future trends and develop proactive HR strategies that prioritize the well-being, growth, and creativity of our employees. 
  • Support organizational change initiatives by effectively communicating with employees, addressing concerns, and managing resistance. 
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.  
  • Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and offer coaching to help employees thrive and achieve their performance objectives. 
  • Advocate for work-life balance and well-being programs that support our employees' physical, mental, and emotional health, ensuring that their well-being is always a top priority.
