People Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful delivery of digital marketing implementation and transformation projects.

Customer management: You will be responsible for managing senior customer stakeholders at large fortune 500 companies across an Industry vertical (Like FSI, Media or Healthcare) or a large business and digital transformation program, stakeholder will be at VP/SVP and CXO level , not just the IT orgs but in several cases CMO orgs, Responsible for building and nurturing these relationships, managing QBR and Steering co meetings and if required travel to customer location for key reviews

Stakeholder management: You will be responsible for managing senior partners (Client Partners, Sales head, Regional and Solution delivery leaders) across geographies and working in a complex matrix environment. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and requirements, and effectively communicating project progress and updates.

Pre-sales: You will be responsible for delivering on revenue and margins, by keeping a close eye on the sales pipeline and intake process to grow the business. This includes working closely with sales teams to identify and prioritize opportunities, assist with pre-sales efforts, tracking and managing potential leads, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.

Delivery excellence: You will be responsible for setting up strong governance and delivery excellence processes and practices for small/large scale programs. This includes setting project quality and performance standards, managing risks and issues, handling client escalations, and directly mentoring and managing the team to ensure successful project delivery.

Project and program management: You will be responsible for structuring and managing projects and programs to meet customer's objectives, business drivers, outcomes, and value. This includes defining project scope, creating project plans, managing resources, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery.

Talent development: You will be responsible for fostering and developing talent within your organization. This includes identifying and nurturing high-potential individuals, providing coaching and mentoring, and creating opportunities for growth and development.

Expertise in digital marketing tools: You are expected to have expertise in digital marketing technologies and tools, preferably Adobe DX stack (content, commerce, data, personalization). This expertise is required to effectively lead and implement Adobe's digital marketing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. ​
  • Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing technologies/platforms, toolsets, and trends is required. ​
  • Experience in delivering multiple and small/large scale digital marketing implementation and transformation projects using Agile methodologies. ​
  • Proven experience in executing and leading multi-stage projects, optimizing resource utilization, and managing costs through business transformation and technology. ​
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior partners across geographies in a complex matrix environment. ​
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team to successfully implement Adobe's digital marketing solutions. ​
  • Expertise in setting up new customer engagements and digital delivery models. ​
  • Hands-on experience on one or more of Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, is preferred. ​
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence and interact with stakeholders at all levels. ​
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional networking skills and the ability to deliver impact. ​
  • Self-starter with a proactive and can-do attitude. ​
  • Achievement and success-driven personality with a strong focus on cross-business collaboration. ​
