Job Title
Technology - Analyst Program I
Job Overview

Fiservs Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a year time period.

Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Fintech and unique to you We are looking for recent university graduates with drive, enthusiasm, and an evolving target for their careers.

The best and brightest will be the framework of the firms future, a pipeline of top talent for positions in critical functional areas across the firm.

You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Responsibilities and Tracks

Application Development track
Cyber Security track
Data Science track
Database Management track
IT Project Management track
QA Testing track

Qualifications

What you need to have:
Recent graduates of a bachelors degree program in a STEM field
3.0 GPA
Sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to changing priorities
Military-Affiliated applicants encouraged to apply

What would be great to have:
Knowledge of .NET, JCL, Java, C, C , C##, Java & COBOL
Experience in Python,
RLanguages, SQL, T-SQL, PowerBi, and Tableau
Familiarity with .Net technologies and languages and Selenium tools
Utilizing Test Driven Development (TDD)
API Testing and MSTest or NUnit

Majors:


A range of college majors are considered based on specific needs of the department such as: Computer Science, Network Engineering, Engineering, Software Development, but willing to train the right candidate.

Our Technology Analyst Program interview process begins in October and typically lasts through March for a January or June 2024 start date.
