Roles and Responsibilities:

Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance

Critically analyze, interpret and predict some of the most important questions relevant to business on a daily basis and get to engage with new information continuously.

Be involved in important strategic decision making.
Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients
Creating database of existing and new clients
Identifying the right decision maker and pulling their contact information through sales data base tools and web search
Responsible for handling and updating of records in the internal CRM (Bitrix24)
Consistently opening up of new leads through personal initiative, industry analysis & identifying right contacts and contacting them either through cold calling, e-mails or social media and ensuring to get targeted leads
Maintaining a healthy pipeline, that would convert into business for the company and achieving the given targets
Follow ups leads, coordinating with marketing support system, social media marketing (LinkedIn, bulk emails)
Diligent follow-ups with the leads via email/phone communications
Updating the new leads opened and status of existing leads on a daily basis
Coordinate with research team and the sales team, to communicate high points of our research, price forecasts and value addition to the leads in the list on a regular basis
Coordination with research/engagement teams, customer relationship management and Payment follow-ups
Contribution and development of the marketing collaterals needed for email campaigns, conferences and other marketing activities

Commodity buyers (Plantations/Refiners /Trading companies/FMCG/ Automobile companies/metal / edible oils),
Commodity sellers (plantation/ mining / commodity producing companies), Commodity physical trading (having manufacturing / processing / refining facilities) and futures trading companies,
Oil and Gas companies
Types of sales:

B2B sales, directly approaching the prospective clients

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Consistently opening up of new leads through personal initiative, industry analysis & identifying right contacts and contacting them either through cold calling, e-mails or social media and ensuring to get targeted leads
Maintaining a healthy pipeline, that would convert into business for the company and achieving the given targets
Follow ups leads, coordinating with marketing support system, social media marketing (LinkedIn, bulk emails)
Attending Conferences (advance planning, focused/targeted sales in the conferences)
Coordination with research/engagement& IT teams in closing of the sales leads
Customer relationship management and Payment follow-ups
Updating the new leads opened and status of existing leads on a daily basis
Should be responsible for up-to-date product knowledge and maintaining the marketing collaterals
Effective marketing efforts in increasing the visibility and maintaining the social media presence of the company
Generate qualified appointments/opportunities through phone calls, emails, internet research, etc mainly in South East Asia, APAC, Europe and India
Prepare tenders and proposals by working with regional sales managers

Desired Profile:

Master's degree in marketing and/or a related certification
Good knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms (preferable)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to make data-driven decisions and interpret information effectively
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Predicting business trends and customer behavior
Hardworking and dedicated
He/ She should be willing to travel as per the business requirement
