Job Deliverables - Manager/Senior Manager Human Resources Operations

HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies are communicated effectively and consistently across the organization.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to align with best practices and changes in legislation.

HR Systems and Processes:

  • Oversee and manage HR systems and processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee offboarding.
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Implement and manage HR technology solutions to support HR operations

Team Management and Development:

  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure highquality HR services.
  • Set clear expectations, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance to achieve team and individual objectives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting professional development and growth opportunities for team members.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and mitigate HRrelated risks.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and industry trends to proactively address compliance issues.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolving conflicts effectively.
Collaborate with the HR team and managers to address employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.

  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through effective communication and initiatives.

HR Data and Analytics:

  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data and metrics to support decisionmaking and measure HR operational effectiveness.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to identify trends, address challenges, and recommend improvements

Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job:

  • 12+ years of work experience in HR Operations and Business Partnering
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and technology solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
