Job Description

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Oversee product development activities
  • Collaborate with product management, design, support, and other development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Supervise the daily operations of the development team
  • Address complex and occasionally unclear challenges
  • Manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and nurturing a top-tier engineering team
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • 9+ years of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow and strong coding skills
  • Proficiency in open source tools and agile development environments
  • Fluency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, JavaScript)
  • An understanding of fundamental concepts and the ability to apply them to problem-solving
  • Capability to execute projects based on priorities, context, risks, and desired outcomes
