Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing in this role:
- Overseeing product development tasks.
- Collaborating with product management, design, support, and other development teams to create top-notch solutions.
- Supervising the daily operations of the development team.
- Tackling challenging and sometimes vague problems.
- Managing departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and cultivating a high-performing engineering team.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- 8+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and strong coding abilities.
- Experience with open-source tools and agile development environments.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, JavaScript).
- Understanding of broad concepts and the ability to leverage them to develop effective solutions.
- Capability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks, and desired outcomes.
