Computacenter GIS business unit is seeking a confident and experienced ITIL Shift lead professionals, to bring maturity to their existing approach. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in ITIL ( Change, Problem & Incident) skills and can create a plan to deliver improvements then execute against the plan.

Good communication skills and relationship building will enable the candidate to excel at the role, build a culture of strong team and advance their career within Computacenter.

What you'll do

  • Possess an overall IT work experience of years from Infrastructure / managed services environment.
  • Exposure in ITIL framework
  • Prior work experience in ITSM (Incident / Change / Problem)
  • Good in excel, understanding of service metrics and has prior knowledge in creating and managing metric dashboards.
  • Coordinating and maintaining healthy relationship with multiple business units

What you'll need

  • Provide hands-on production and non-production environment support for Critical Applications
  • Ensure the stability and availability of all in-scope systems and services.
  • Identifying, sharing & implementing best practices across businesses and internally within the team
  • Random audits of all process to ensure SLAs are being met and schedule any additional training as needed.
  • Acting as an interface between team members and management
  • Exposure of Infra management, Data center & NOC
  • Should be flexible for 24/7 environment.
  • Enjoy working in an international team.
  • Willingness to permanently develop personally and professionally.
  • Very good English skills, strong communication skills on all levels and ideally experience in working with international teams
