Technical Analyst

It's an exciting opportunity for a technical role in Computacenter's dynamic and rapidly expanding Network team. We are looking for an analyst who is analytical in nature and who has been currently working in the area of Quality Assurance supporting IT managed services / large infrastructure projects.

What you'll do


• Responsible to ensure end to end audit management activities are seamlessly performed to ensure process and technical audit compliance per the agreed customer / internal processes.


• Perform a range of quality management activities and initiatives to meet business and customer requirements as a part of Continual service improvement (CSI).


• You shall act as a focal point to the operations and customer stakeholders on the core ITIL supported processes and frameworks.


• Closely work with the Quality and Operations Manager to contribute in developing and implementing the operational quality initiatives aligning the operational quality framework.


• Ensure you act as a process consultant for the project stakeholders in the areas of ITIL processes mainly in the areas of Service Operations and CSI (including to a degree under Service transition).


• Proactively act to identify the areas of improvement and work with the delivery stakeholders in collaboration towards continual improvement.


• Actively contribute to develop and optimize knowledge articles (KMDB) to ensure consistent compliance to customer and organizational procedures by targeting effective and efficient delivery of services.

• Ensure you track and monitor the performance of the process and operational improvements continually and work closely with the internal delivery and customer stakeholders for further improvements.


• Shall track and monitor the internal and external metrics (SLAs/KPIs) managing through operational dashboard to clearly showcase the health of the program


• Contribute to continually assess the gaps within the operations to support the delivery with the identifying and driving the opportunity for improvements (through Six sigma or equivalent methodology under the supervision of quality manager)


• Shall be a focal point to provide the refresher process trainings to the technical teams and regularly assist the shift management / operations team to support the process driven culture.


• Contribute with your good knowledge in the Excel, Scripting to ensure the data analysis are conducted effectively to provide meaning inferences and statistical analysis to the management for further streamlining of solutions.

What you'll need


• 3+ years on core quality background expertise


• Prior experience as a quality professional to have supported IT managed services projects.

• Good knowledge on ITIL framework (ITIL foundation / intermediate)

• Prior working knowledge in improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen, etc.)


• Preferred to have expertise in ISO 20000 / standards.

• Analytical skills (Excel, VBA – preferred advanced excel)


• Good communication skills as this is a customer facing role
