  • Responsibilities:Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Coordinate with various departments including marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused mind-set and dedication to providing exceptional service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
