Our Bangalore based client is a leader in conversational AI and voice bots. This NASSCOM awarded company offers AI-Powered omnichannel Voice automation solutions to their clients in industries like banking, auto, telecom etc. They offer enterprise grade secure communication systems that are protected from online threats through voice biometrics. Their solution enables clients to derive actionable business insights out of voice calls.

Founded in 2016 by an ISB alumnus, it has raised ~$3.5mn from tier 1 angels and investors like Samsung Ventures.They work with clients like Bajaj Finserv, Airtel, HDFC Bank and others.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, LinkedIn and emails.

What you will do:

- Understanding customer needs and requirements and convincing them of the company's value proposition

- Routing Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

- Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas for smaller opportunities

- Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest

- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Teaming with channel partners to build pipeline and closing deals

- Performing effective online demos to prospects

- Attending & participating in industry events, trade shows etc to meet prospects and potential customers

What you need to have:

- BA/BS/ MBA degree or equivalent

- Proven inside sales experience for at least 2 years

- Working in a SAAS or similar technology organization is a must

- Experience in dealing with large and mid size Enterprise customers in India

- Clear grasp of AI & ML technologies and the ability to envision solutions is desirable

- Sufficient track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls, emails & LinkedIn reach outs per day

- Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
