Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage communication and scheduling to ensure seamless coordination.

Project Involvement:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of CEOled initiatives and projects.
  • Demonstrate creative problemsolving and analytical skills in supporting strategic decisions.

Entrepreneurial Support:

  • Engage in entrepreneurial activities, suggesting innovations and improvements.
  • Exhibit a strong thirst for knowledge and growth in entrepreneurial skills.

Operational Assistance:

  • Aid in daytoday operations, ensuring the CEO's vision is consistently applied.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Learning and Development:

  • Actively participate in learning opportunities, gaining indepth insights into startup operations and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A degree from an institute of national importance is required.
  • 23 years of relevant experience, engineering background preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record as a fast learner and effective implementer.
  • A driven, hustleoriented mindset suited for a fastpaced, highgrowth environment.
