SDR Sales Development Representative

Skillsets and responsibilities:
Your first 2 years
Learn about e-con's camera products and sales process.
Learn the tools necessary to be successful in your role (such as the CRM).
Build relationships with internal stakeholders such as the chat team, product managers, marketing, etc.
Learn about the market segments that e-con is focusing on.
Develop a deep understanding of the firmographic and demographic characteristics of customers e-con targets and the types of products they build.
Reach customers identified by the marketing team via LinkedIn/emails/cold calls and generate product interest.Consistently meet the lead targets set by the business
Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to learn and grow up the ladder in the organization.
2-4 years
Continue to build on core product and industry knowledge.
Work on exceeding the goals and KPIs set for you.
Adhere to the sales process to fully qualify leads and travel with a lead until design win.
Grow yourself to be promoted to an independent sales hunter who can directly work with the head of the geography to handle the sales cycle end to end.
Involve yourself in tradeshows and grab opportunities to make international trips to meet customers in the US/Europe.-
