We are looking for a candidate for the role of Online Marketing Specialist (Social Media Content Creation) with minimum 3+ years of experience from Mumbai, India.


Office timings: 8.30 am - 4 pm (You are required to work along with the Australian Onshore Marketing Team of the Organization).


Candidate should have prior experience of working in Ecommerce Industry with a Luxury Premium Brand for Women Beauty, Lifestyle and Personal Care Products.

Also, kindly mention the link of your work portfolio or sample work in your CV for reference related to content creation, social media posts/content and website content created individually by you.

This is mandatory.

Overview:
Glam Steals is in search of an Online Marketing Specialist with a strong background in social media content creation.

We are looking for an individual who excels in crafting engaging and innovative content across various social media platforms, to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, focusing on content creation that resonates with our diverse audience.
  • Create and manage a range of content types including images, videos, reels, and stories, ensuring they align with our brand's voice and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and audience preferences to inform and adapt content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, utilizing insights to refine future strategies.
  • Actively engage with our online community, fostering positive interactions and a vibrant brand presence.
  • Employ creative storytelling techniques in content creation to highlight our products and services in a compelling manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Excellent grasp of different social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, and how to tailor content for each.
  • Strong visual and editorial content creation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to track social media performance and audience engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft messages that resonate with different target audiences.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing social media content and campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an emphasis on organization and time management.
