Job overview and responsibilities

United Airlines reaches out to customers and potential travelers via digital campaigns with new information, travel inspiration, personalized offers, promos, etc. The Digital Marketing & Personalized Offers team at IKC supports all such digital acquisition initiatives with insights to help strategize campaigns and analytics to help measure performance. We work closely with stakeholders in the US to bring these campaigns to life and continuously improve performance with learning and actionable insights.

Assist in campaign planning, targeting and audience identificationMeasure campaign results and performance using data analysisGather and organize data from various sources using SQL/ Python/ RContinuously develop and demonstrate improved analysis methodologiesCreate presentations for United leadership and external stakeholdersConduct exploratory analysis, identify opportunities and proactively suggest initiatives to meet marketing objectivesCreate, modify and automate reports and dashboards - take ownership of reporting structure and metrics, clearly and effectively communicating relevant information to decision makers using data visualization tools Sharing of internal best practices and foster collaboration with internal and external teams

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree0-1 years of experience in Analytics and working with analytical toolsComfort and curiosity for working with very large data setsExperience in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to highlight patterns and relationshipsProficiency in using database querying tools and writing complex queries and procedures using Teradata SQL and/ or Microsoft SQLExperience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointAbility to communicate analysis in a clear and precise mannerHigh sense of ownership of workAbility to work under time constraintsMust be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
